Industrial engineering, mechanical technology, and mathematical models (ITIMAT)

The ITIMAT Section of DIME is a vibrant innovation hub where multidisciplinary expertise converges to tackle complex scientific and industrial challenges. Here, applied mathematics and mechanical technologies come together to develop cutting-edge solutions, ranging from models for natural and engineering systems to sustainable and intelligent manufacturing processes. Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and dual-use technologies drive digital transformation. The section is significantly involved in the Unige Factories of the Future – Industry 5.0 System0 infrastructure: https://www.dime.unige.it/FoFLiguria
